Our Design/Setup Fee covers various actions to ensure you get the most quality product. These services include basic graphic design, creating artwork, vectorizing, digitizing (embroidery conversion), and setting up thread, stabilizers, and machinery.
Design/Setup is a one-time fee for each new design. The fee depends on the type and placement of the design. If you order 25+ embroidery products in a single order this fee is waived.
