3.1. **Customer-Provided Artwork:** Customers are responsible for providing accurate and high-quality artwork. inThreadable, LLC is not liable for any errors in the final product resulting from flawed customer-provided artwork.

3.2. **Intellectual Property:** inThreadable, LLC reserves the right to refuse to produce any design that may infringe on intellectual property rights. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for any copyrighted or trademarked designs.

4. **Turnaround Time and Delivery**

4.1. **Turnaround Time:** The estimated turnaround time for orders will be communicated at the time of order placement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and inThreadable, LLC will not be held responsible for such delays.

4.2. **Delivery:** inThreadable, LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipping. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance if they wish to protect their orders during transit.

5. **Returns and Refunds**

5.1. **Quality Issues:** If there are defects in the embroidery that are a result of our workmanship, inThreadable, LLC will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

5.2. **Customer Errors:** No refunds or replacements will be provided for errors made by the customer in the provided artwork or order details.
