HOW IT WORKS

  1. COMPLETE REQUEST form

    Start the process by completing a Custom Order Form with your design details. We will respond with a price quote within 24 hours, and start the design process.

  2. Place your order

    After the artwork is final, we will prepare your invoice and provide payment instructions.

  3. Production

    Once you approve the sample patch, we will enter your order into full production. New custom requests take 21 days.

  4. Shipped

    Once we have completed production, we will pack and ship to you with an approximate 3-5 day transit time. We will email your tracking number, so you can monitor the shipment all the way to your doorstep. We do offer expediate shipping and RUSH orders at an additional fee.
